APMC Family Referral Agreement

*** Given that all Commercial Loans are Brokered and not Banked, we reserve the right to reduce the BPS paid to the Referring APM Agent/Branch, if we in turn, must reduce our standard origination point received from the funding bank, based on extenuating circumstances, or to maintain competitive pricing for the client. That situation would be one that is considered Very Rare. (One Example: Not always, but at times, a very large loan amount, may require us to price our standard commission that is received, below 1.00 point) Any Reduction would of course be communicated to the APM Agent/Branch before its inception, or the loan closes.
